Best telecalling software in India · 2026 · figures checked 11 September 2026

The best telecalling software in India, on published prices, with our own row marked.

Telecalling Software sells telecalling software, so this list is a vendor's list and says so. It is still useful, because every figure below is what each product's own pricing page showed on 11 September 2026, add-ons are written next to the price, and the products that beat ours for particular teams are named as such. Ten products, one table, then a short honest entry for each.

What is the best telecalling software in India in 2026?

The best telecalling software in India for a small team in 2026 is a SIM-based app that dials from the caller's own phone, keeps the lead record on the number, sends WhatsApp by itself and reports to a manager. On published prices checked 11 September 2026, Telecalling Software (₹159 per user), TeleCalling CRM (flat plans) and NeoDove (team plans) are the cheapest full options; Runo and TeleCRM cost more and add recording, an iPhone app and deeper reporting.

02 · Which one for which team

Which telecalling software is best for your team?

03 · Product by productWhere each leads, where it lags

1. Telecalling Softwareour product

Best for: Small and mid-size Indian teams that call from their own phones and want WhatsApp and the CRM at one price

Telecalling Software is our own product, so read this entry as the vendor's view. It is a SIM-based telecalling app and CRM for Android with a web dashboard: auto dialer, lead records with your own stages, follow-ups that ring, automatic and bulk WhatsApp, a WhatsApp chat beside the calls, Sheet and API lead import, attendance with a selfie and per-caller reports, all in one plan. It suits a team of two to fifty callers who want to keep their own numbers and pay one figure a month.

Price
₹159 per user per month on yearly billing, ₹249 on three months
Calling

Trial
3 days, every feature, no card
Platforms
Android (Android 8 or newer) and a web dashboard

Where it leads

  • One price with nothing sold separately
  • The app is the phone app, so incoming calls show the lead too
  • 40 languages and stated USD pricing outside India

Where it lags

  • Android only for callers
  • No call recording, no IVR, no virtual numbers, no predictive dialing
  • A younger brand than the two market leaders

2. RMDialer

Best for: Teams that want the same SIM-based feature set plus a developer API, a reseller programme and a longer public track record

RMDialer is a business dialer and telecalling CRM for Android sold at the same per-user price as Telecalling Software, with the same two billing periods and the same three-day trial. It publishes a developer API and a whitelabel reseller programme, which Telecalling Software does not, and it lists on the review directories. On the calling features themselves the two are close; the choice is between its API and partner surface and this site's single focus on the calling team.

Price
₹159 per user per month on yearly billing, ₹249 on three months

Platforms
Android 8 or newer and a web CRM

Where it leads

  • A published developer API with code samples
  • A whitelabel reseller programme
  • Listings on Google Play, G2, Capterra, GetApp and IndiaMART, per its site

Where it lags

  • Android only for callers, like ours
  • No call recording, stated on its site
  • Fewer industry playbooks and caller guides than this site publishes

3. TeleCRM

Best for: Small sales teams that want an established telecalling CRM with an iPhone app

TeleCRM is one of the two names most Indian sales managers already know. It is a SIM-based telecalling CRM with an Android and an iPhone app, lead distribution, automations and WhatsApp, priced per user with chat sync sold separately. Teams choose it for maturity and support; they leave it over price once headcount grows.

Price
₹799 per user per month on annual billing, ₹1,099 on quarterly

Platforms
Android, iPhone and web

Where it leads

  • Years in the market and a large user base
  • An iPhone app for callers
  • Up to 10,000 automations a month included

Where it lags

  • Five times the per-user price of the cheapest full options
  • WhatsApp chat sync is a paid add-on
  • Trial length not published

4. Runo

Best for: Calling-heavy teams that want deep manager reporting, call recording and a choice of SIM or cloud

Runo is the option for a manager who wants to see everything: call recordings, live dashboards, agent timelines and AI summaries. It runs on the caller's SIM or on cloud telephony, on Android and iPhone. The price sits in the middle of the market and WhatsApp is an add-on, so the total for a ten-person team is about four times the cheapest full plan.

Price
₹599 per user per month on annual billing, ₹699 half-yearly, ₹899 quarterly
Calling
SIM or cloud
Trial
10 days, no card
Platforms
Android, iPhone and web

Where it leads

  • Call recording and real-time dashboards
  • SIM and cloud telephony on the same product
  • A ten-day trial with no minimum users

Where it lags

  • ₹599 per user before the WhatsApp add-on
  • AI features priced on request
  • More product than a five-person team uses

5. NeoDove

Best for: Campaign-style calling operations that grow past ten callers and want integrations

NeoDove sells team plans rather than seats: ₹19,999 a year at list price covers up to ten users, ₹29,999 up to twenty. For a team that fills the twenty-seat plan it is cheap per head; for a team of three it is not. It is built for campaign calling with lead prioritisation, integrations and manager tracking, with WhatsApp API, IVR and VoIP charged on top.

Price
NeoLite ₹19,999 a year for up to 10 users; NeoPlus ₹29,999 a year for up to 20 users (list prices; the page showed a limited offer of ₹17,999 and ₹24,999 on the day)
Calling
SIM or cloud
Trial
Demo on request; no trial length stated
Platforms
Android, web

Where it leads

  • Low per-user cost for a team of exactly twenty
  • Campaigns, lead prioritisation and a long integration list
  • SIM, cloud telephony and VoIP under one roof

Where it lags

  • The flat plan costs the same for one user as for ten
  • WhatsApp API, IVR and VoIP are all extra
  • Contact, pipeline and workflow caps on each plan

6. TeleCalling CRM

Best for: Teams of five, ten or twenty that prefer one flat monthly bill with GST included

TeleCalling CRM prices by team size: ₹999, ₹1,599 or ₹2,999 a month for up to five, ten or twenty users, GST included. It is the simplest bill on this list and, at ten users, one of the cheapest. Its page describes a cloud-based auto dialer, so teams that want calls from their own SIM numbers should confirm how calling is placed before they buy.

Price
Basic ₹999 a month for up to 5 users; Pro ₹1,599 for up to 10; Enterprise ₹2,999 for up to 20

Platforms
Android, iPhone and web

Where it leads

  • GST included in the sticker price
  • Flat plans that are cheap when the team fills them
  • Android and iPhone apps

Where it lags

  • Cloud-based auto dialer rather than the caller's own SIM, per its page
  • A single caller pays the five-user price
  • Plans stop at twenty users

7. GoDial

Best for: One person or a small team that wants a SIM auto dialer up and running in minutes

GoDial is the fast, no-fuss SIM auto dialer: install, load a list, start. It has an inbuilt CRM, lead distribution and task tracking, and adds voice broadcast and WhatsApp as credit-based extras. It suits an individual or a small team that values speed of setup over depth of reporting.

Price
₹449 per user per month on monthly billing; yearly rate shown by the calculator on its page
Calling
SIM
Trial

Platforms
Android, web

Where it leads

  • Quick setup with no KYC
  • SIM-based auto dialer with an inbuilt CRM and lead distribution
  • Voice broadcast and a WhatsApp CRM in the same family

Where it lags

  • ₹449 per user on monthly billing is mid-market
  • WhatsApp and storage are credits, not included
  • Fewer manager reports than Runo or NeoDove

8. Callyzer

Best for: Managers who mainly want call tracking and reports across employees' phones

Callyzer started as call tracking and it shows: the base plan is reports on who called whom, for how long, and when. Lead management is the higher tier, and Sheets, Facebook leads, API access and IndiaMART are each a monthly add-on. The list price is low; the working price depends on how many of those you switch on.

Price
Basic ₹175 per phone number per month; Basic + Lead ₹275, on monthly billing
Calling
SIM
Trial
15 days for 5 phone numbers
Platforms
Android, web

Where it leads

  • A long, generous trial
  • Clear call-tracking reports and working-hours analysis
  • A low base price

Where it lags

  • Almost every integration is a separate monthly add-on
  • Priced per phone number, so dual-SIM callers cost double
  • Lead management is the higher tier, not the base

9. Calley

Best for: A single caller or a very small team that wants a free tier and a simple SIM auto dialer

Calley is the auto dialer many people try first because the Personal plan is free: 25 calls a day from a 50-record list. PRO removes the caps for one user at ₹6,990 a year; TEAMS adds team features. It is a dialer more than a CRM, so teams that need stages, WhatsApp and reports move on.

Price
Personal free (25 calls a day); PRO ₹699 a month or ₹6,990 a year; TEAMS ₹1,699 a month or ₹16,990 a year
Calling
SIM
Trial
7 days on PRO and TEAMS; Personal is free without expiry
Platforms
Android, iPhone and web panel

Where it leads

  • A free plan that works for a solo caller
  • Android and iPhone
  • Simple list-based auto dialing

Where it lags

  • Free tier capped at 25 calls a day and 50 records
  • TEAMS pricing does not state how many users it covers
  • Light on CRM, WhatsApp and reporting

10. Kylas

Best for: Larger sales teams that want a full CRM with unlimited users and cloud telephony integration

Kylas is a general sales CRM rather than a telecalling app. The Elevate plan is ₹12,999 a month for unlimited users, which becomes cheap per head somewhere past forty people and expensive below ten. Calling is an integration with cloud telephony providers. It belongs on this list for teams that need deals and quotations as much as dialing.

Price
Elevate ₹12,999 a month flat for unlimited users; Embark free up to 10,000 records
Calling
Cloud
Trial
7 days, no card
Platforms
Android, iPhone and web

Where it leads

  • Unlimited users on one flat fee
  • A real sales CRM: deals, quotations, pipelines
  • A free edition with no expiry

Where it lags

  • ₹12,999 a month is a lot for a team of five
  • Calling is through cloud telephony partners, not the caller's SIM
  • Many small paid add-ons

11. FreJun

Best for: Teams that want cloud calling with virtual numbers, recording and CRM integrations

FreJun is cloud telephony first: each user gets a virtual number and calls run over VoIP with recording, IVR and CRM sync. Autodialing is an add-on, and pricing is in dollars. It is the right shape for an inside-sales team on HubSpot or Salesforce, and the wrong shape for a team whose customers expect a call from a known mobile number.

Price
Standard $16.99 per user per month, $14.49 on annual billing; Professional $19.99, $16.99 annual
Calling
Cloud
Trial
Available; length not stated
Platforms
Android, iPhone, browser extension

Where it leads

  • Virtual numbers, IVR and call routing on the Professional plan
  • Native integrations with the big CRMs
  • Call recording as standard

Where it lags

  • Priced in dollars, with autodial as an add-on
  • Calls go over VoIP, so customers see a virtual number
  • Not a fit for a team that wants to keep its own SIM numbers
04 · How this list was made

How we ranked the best telecalling software in India

05 · Questions

Before you shortlist.

Which is the best telecalling software in India in 2026?

For most small Indian sales teams it is a SIM-based telecalling app with the CRM and WhatsApp in one plan: Telecalling Software, TeleCalling CRM or NeoDove on price, Runo or TeleCRM if you need recording, an iPhone app or deeper manager reporting. The table above shows the published prices on 11 September 2026 so you can decide on your own team size.

What is the difference between SIM-based and cloud telecalling software?

SIM-based software dials from the SIM inside the caller's handset, so the person being called sees a familiar mobile number and the only calling cost is the phone plan. Cloud software routes calls through a virtual number over the internet, which allows IVR, recording and remote agents but bills per minute and shows an unfamiliar number.

Is there free telecalling software in India?

Calley's Personal plan is free without expiry, capped at 25 calls a day from a 50-record list. Kylas has a free edition of its CRM up to 10,000 records. Most others offer a trial: 3 days on our product and TeleCalling CRM, 4 on GoDial, 7 on Calley PRO and Kylas, 10 on Runo, 15 on Callyzer.

What does telecalling software cost per seat in India?

For the SIM-based products on this list, roughly ₹159 to ₹800 a seat each month, set by team size and billing term: Telecalling Software ₹159 yearly, TeleCalling CRM about ₹160 with GST included and NeoDove ₹167 at list price when their flat plans are full, Callyzer ₹275, GoDial ₹449, Runo ₹599, TeleCRM ₹799. Cloud products are priced in dollars or by flat fee.

Why is a flat team plan sometimes cheaper and sometimes not?

A flat plan covers a block of users for one fee. NeoDove's ₹19,999 a year at list price covers up to ten, which is ₹167 a head with ten callers and ₹1,667 a head with one. Per-seat plans cost the same per head at every size. Work out your own headcount before comparing.

Does telecalling software record calls?

Cloud products (FreJun, Kylas partners, TeleCalling CRM's cloud dialer) can, because the call passes through their servers. Among SIM-based apps, Runo and Callyzer publish call recording; our product does not, because current Android versions do not allow third-party apps to record calls.

Can I use telecalling software on an iPhone?

TeleCRM, Runo, TeleCalling CRM, Calley, Kylas and FreJun list an iPhone app. SIM-based auto dialing needs the app to act as the phone app, which iOS does not allow, so auto dialers on iPhone work differently or not at all. Our product is Android for callers, with the manager dashboard in any browser.

Which telecalling software includes WhatsApp?

Telecalling Software includes automatic and bulk WhatsApp and a chat view in the one plan. Runo sells WhatsApp Business at ₹149 per user per month, TeleCRM sells Chat Sync at ₹200, NeoDove and FreJun price the WhatsApp API separately, GoDial uses credits. API message charges from Meta or a provider apply on every product.

How were these products chosen?

They are the products that appear on page one of Google India for telecalling software, telecalling CRM and auto dialer app searches, plus the two cloud products most often named beside them. Each was read on its own pricing page on the date in the heading.

When was this list last checked?

11 September 2026. Prices in this market change a few times a year; the date at the foot of the page moves when a figure is re-checked and changed.
