Is Telecalling Software for one caller or for a team?
- Both. One person uses it as an auto dialer with a lead list on their own phone. A team adds users, the manager assigns leads from the web dashboard, and every call, status and follow-up is visible per caller. The price is per user either way.
What do I need to start?
- An Android phone (Android 8 or newer) with a SIM, and a list of numbers in Excel, a Google Sheet, or your head. Install the app, sign in with a mobile number, set it as the phone app, import the list, and the 3-day trial is running.
Does the manager need the app?
- No. Managers use the web dashboard in any browser to assign leads, watch calls as they are logged, read notes, and pull reports for any date range. Callers use the phone app.
What is Telecalling Software in one sentence?
- A telecalling app for Android that is also the phone app: it dials your lists automatically from the caller's own SIM, keeps every lead's status, notes and follow-ups on the number, sends WhatsApp by itself, and reports every call to a manager's web dashboard, for ₹159 per user per month.
Do calls go through my own SIM or a virtual number?
- Your own SIM. The app takes the phone-app role on the caller's Android, so every call, incoming or outgoing, uses the SIM in that phone, the customer sees the number they know, and there is no per-minute charge from us.
Which phones does it run on?
- Any Android phone on Android 8 or newer, including dual-SIM phones from the common makers. There is no iPhone version for callers; managers use the web dashboard in any browser, including on an iPhone.
How long does setup take for a new team?
- Under an hour for a team of ten. Each caller installs from Google Play and signs in with a mobile number in two or three minutes; the manager imports a sheet, sets the stages and assigns leads from the dashboard.
Is my customer data safe with the app?
- Records stay on the phone until backup is switched on, then sync over an encrypted connection to your own account. Any SIM or number can be excluded, permissions control who sees what, nothing is sold or used for advertising, and call audio is never recorded.
