Why the cheapest telecalling CRM on paper is not always cheapest in use
- Add-ons that everyone needsRuno's ₹599 seat is ₹748 with WhatsApp. TeleCRM's ₹799 is ₹999 with chat sync. Callyzer's ₹275 grows by ₹49 per Google Sheet, ₹150 per lead form and ₹150 for API access. Price the seat you will actually run.
- GST in or outTeleCalling CRM includes GST in its sticker price. Ours, TeleCRM, Runo and NeoDove add 18% on top. Two prices that look ₹100 apart can be ₹200 apart after tax.
- Flat plans and empty seatsNeoDove's ₹19,999 a year at list price is ₹167 a head with ten callers and ₹1,667 a head with one. Kylas's ₹12,999 a month is cheap at fifty users and ₹2,600 a head at five. A flat plan is only cheap when it is full.
- Monthly versus yearly billingGoDial and Callyzer publish monthly rates; ours, Runo and TeleCRM lead with the yearly rate. Runo is ₹899 on three months and ₹599 on twelve. Compare the same term.
- Per minute, per number, per creditCloud products add call minutes and virtual numbers; FreJun charges $6 a month per extra number and $7 per user for autodial. GoDial sells WhatsApp and voice broadcast as credits. A SIM-based plan has none of these; the phone plan carries the calls.
- What "free" meansCalley is free for one person at 25 calls a day. Kylas is free up to 10,000 records without calling. Every other free is a trial: 3 to 15 days. Free is a way to test, not a way to run a team.
Where Telecalling Software is cheapest, and where it is not
For one to nine callers on their own phones, Telecalling Software is the lowest full-featured price on this list: ₹159 per user per month on yearly billing, GST extra, with WhatsApp, imports, attendance and reports in the plan and nothing sold on top.
At exactly ten users, TeleCalling CRM's Pro plan is ₹1,599 with GST included against our ₹1,590 plus GST, so after tax it is the cheaper bill by about ₹280 a month, if a cloud dialer suits you. At exactly twenty, NeoDove's NeoPlus is ₹2,500 a month at list price against our ₹3,180, before its add-ons. Past twenty, their published plans stop and ours keeps the same per-user rate.
Where we are not the right buy at any price: teams that need call recording, an iPhone app for callers, or cloud telephony with virtual numbers. Runo, TeleCRM and FreJun are the honest answers there.
